      I Don't see my gun model or light model on the list. Can I just order anyway, and write my model in the notes?

      No! Please do not do this. If its not listed that means we do not have the mold and will not be able to make the holster. 

      Where is my holster being made?

      Every single product that we make is hand-made right in our facility in Ashland, Kentucky.

      Which holster options are best for me?

      Everyone wears their holsters differently which is why we love customizing your holster to your specifications. If you have a special request please send us an email.

       

      Which option do I choose for a cross draw holster?

      The Right Handed option is for a Right Hand Shooter and is worn on the Left side. The Left Handed option is for a Left Hand Shooter and and is worn on the Right side.

       

       Is a Small of the Back Holster an option?

      Yes, when ordering please note that a right handed shooter will need to choose an IWB left handed holster, and a left handed shooter will need to choose an IWB right handed holster for small of the back carry. 

       

      How long does standard processing take?

      With everything going on in the news, more Americans are rightfully arming themselves. Our team works tirelessly to hand craft each holster for you. Each holsters is custom made to order then ships with the shipping method selected at checkout.  For our current lead time, please see the scrolling banner at the top of the homepage.

       

      How long does shipping take?

      Once your order ships, you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information.  Our holsters ship directly from our holster shop in Ashland, KY.  Delivery typically averages 2-5 business days for First Class Mail, but may take longer due to postal delays and circumstances outside of our control.  Delivery dates are always estimated and not guaranteed.

       

      How much is shipping and handling?

      Shipping in the Continental United States. Shipping costs are non-refundable. International shipping rates are calculated and billed separately.

       

      My holster doesn't fit, what should i do?

      Did you try adjusting the retention screws? Did you make sure the firearm you chose on the order is correct? If so you can email us with your issues and we will be happy to fix the problem.

       

      What is the status on my order?, when will it be shipped out?

      Bare Arms Holsters doesn't have any holster already made in stock. we make all our holsters specifically for the customers, so our lead time in producing the holsters can be up to 10-15 business days. Once shipped you will receive a confirmation and tracking number, once its on its way it should take 3-4 days to ship.

       

      What is level 1 / level 2 retention?

      Level 1 retention is when the kydex and retention screws hold the firearm securely, level 2 is the spring assisted hood and release button.

       

       

      Can I get a holster made for my firearm model or accessory that is not on the list?

      You can email us a photo of the firearm or accessory if it is not on the list and we will see if any of our molds would be interchangeable.

        

      My EDC holster allows the firearm to be loose.

      The EDC line of holsters have a silicone flexible backing for comfort and is made so it has best retention when worn against the body.
