We are so confident that you will love your new holster that you can wear it for 30 days from the day you receive it and if for whatever reason it is not for you, contact and return it to us within the 30 day period and receive a full refund of the holster price (excluding shipping).

      Return and Refund Policy

       

      We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We stand behind our holsters and our craftsmanship. If we make a mistake we will do everything within our power to make it right. If we can't make it right we will refund your money.

       

      Due to an influx of incorrect orders, we have to make some revisions to our original return policy. If you order the wrong thing, we can not refund that order. It is the customers responsibility to order the correct Gun, Light, Attachments etc.

       

      If you do not see your exact model in the drop down list; that means we can not make a holster for your gun. Please do not write instructions in the note section, and assume we can make it work. Any special request should be confirmed with our customer service representatives via e-mail or phone call.

       

      If you are not sure of the model your gun or light, if you've had any modifications to your gun (that might affect the fit of the holster), or if you have any special request or questions.       Lifetime Warranty

      All Bare Arms holsters come with a Lifetime Warranty. If for whatever reason the holster fails you (excluding obvious neglect), simply return it and we will make it right. If we can’t fix it, we will replace it.

      *International Purchasers* Please note that international shipping is not included with any warranty or exchanges.  Buyer must pay international shipping for all packages being sent to a location outside the USA.  This does not include APO addresses as they are treated as being inside the USA.
